Hello and welcome to my blog!  Here, you will find the chronicles of a serial-hobbiest with a severe case of wanderlust.

I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a minor in Communications.  I love this world and all of its beauty, and I believe it is our duty to conserve and protect it not just for future generations, but for us right now as well.  The beautiful state of Virginia is where my daughter and I call home along with our small army of cats.

One of my biggest passions in life is traveling, both abroad and domestically.  Experiencing new places and cultures is such a great way to open your mind and see how other people view the world.  Over the years, I have had the opportunity to explore many different places all over the world including China, Italy, England, France, Ecuador, Galapagos, New Zealand, and Australia.  In 2018, my daughter went on her very first international adventure along with me.  Now, she wants to go everywhere!

I want to share my knowledge, experiences, and adventures with all of you in hopes that you might discover something new and head out on your own adventure!
